I use avedesk for that, it takes so getting use too and some manual programming but in the end it looks really good. It's a neat little program. :]

_{Ah, I see. So it's Avedesk. I just downloaded it this morning and it really looks like it needs alot of work to get those icons showing up lol. I gave up for today, gunna try again tomorrow.
